COVID cases on the mainland are increasing every day. :-( The state of Hawaii has been experiencing an uptick in numbers too but Maui is still relatively low.  As of today Maui County has 432 cases since all of this started.  Hawaii opened up on October 15th which brings me to the following stats:

Homes: 102 Sales for a total of $133,865,782
Highest Sale: $15,400,000
Lowest Sale: $240,000
Average Sales Price: $1,312,404
Median Sales Price: $852,500
Days On Market: Average: 135 Days Median: 97 Days

Condos: 138 Sales for a total of $127,822,969
Highest Sale: $7,300,285
Lowest Sale: $75,000
Average Sales Price: $926,253
Median Sales Price: $548,255
Days On Market: Average: 155 Days  Median: 85 Days

Land: 30 Sales for a total of $26,717,000
Highest Sale: $2,800,000
Lowest Sale: $265,000
Average Sales Price: $890,566
Median Sales Price: $676,000
Days On Market: Average: 356 Days  Median: 160 Days

It looks like Maui continues to be a place where people want to own property.  Whether it be for an investment, a second home or even a primary residence.  Maybe the fact that Hawaii is one of the most isolated places on earth?  And Maui is like no other.
